[Ucr-sdrc] UPDATE: Late Exam Request Process Revised (effective 10/22/2024)

Good Afternoon,



This message is for students who have approved testing accommodations.



We would like to remind you that if you have approved testing accommodations, please schedule your exams 10 days prior to the test date during weeks 1-10 and schedule final exams 14 days prior to the test date via R'Ability<https://rability.ucr.edu/clockwork/custom/misc/index>. If you miss the cutoff, you may submit a late exam request and the requests are processed based on availability of resources.



We have designated staff who will meet with students every day in-person, Monday through Friday (except for campus closures/holidays). The SDRC Team strives to meet with and assist as many students possible who are requesting testing accommodations in short notice. The revised late exam request process will help us meet with all students that get checked-in: check in times are now between 8am and 8:45am or 4pm and 4:45pm.



This update will be effective as of Tuesday, October 22, 2024.
