Graduate and Undergraduate Peer-to-Peer Coaching (Health Education)
Are you interested in talking with a student peer educator on topics related to physical and mental health? Set up a 30-minute meeting with The Well's Certified Peer Health Educators to get tips and learn well-being resources. During your appointment, our Certified Peer Health Educator will discuss with you a short, actionable plan. This is a non-clinical/non-therapy resource. One-on-One Health Coaching with our Health Educator
If you are looking to improve your health and wellbeing and want a health coach to get you started, book a 30-minute, non-medical, non-clinical, online session with The Well's Health Educator and ACE Certified Health Coach. During this session, you will work with the health educator to create a short, actionable plan towards achieving any wellbeing goal or behavior change YOU have in mind.
