Support Students with Disabilities at UCR by making a gift on #GivingTueUCR Day

This year UCR's Student Disability Resource Center is participating in Giving Tuesday, on November 30, 2021! This is an opportunity to make a donation to help STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES bridge the gap between access to success through accessible technology! The goal this year is to raise $10,000 towards this endeavor.

This year the stakes have been raised as we have the unique opportunity to double the impact of every gift made during Giving Tuesday thanks to the generosity of the UCR Foundation board of trustees. Each gift of $5 or more made to student support funds during Giving Tuesday will be matched one to one until we've reached $200,000 in total gifts. Your $5 dollars turns into $10, your $500 will become $1,000 and so on! Please help us to exceed our goal and make an lasting impact to support the success of Students with Disabilities here at UCR.

For more than 50 years, the Student Disability Resource Center (SDRC) has been dedicated to the mission of promoting an inclusive educational experience for UC Riverside students through the advocacy of equal access, disability and ability awareness, and empowerment. In the 1960s, UCR became one of the first universities in the nation to make its campus wheelchair accessible and offer services for all students with disabilities. Today, the SDRC's highly qualified team provides assistance to a wide range of undergraduate, graduate, and professional students with permanent and temporary disabilities.
