A friend of mine forwarded me this link concerning Klanarong Chantrik:

It appears Klanarong - who made his name fighting corruption as sec  
general of the OCCC (later NCCC) and for pursuing charges of asset  
concealment against Thaksin - plagiarized his thesis! What's more,  
the topic of the thesis is about fighting corruption!
