Subject: Up dates from Mon Conference

Dear all panelists,
 
            The attached files are the lastest conference
schedule, accommodation and performance booking checklist.
Please see if I got it right. If there's any mistakes, please
let me know.
 
            Please bring these documents to reimburse,
1. Invoice from Travel agent, if you book online, the online
invoice should be ok. Don't have to come from the travel agent
 
2. Copy of the ticket
 
3. Boarding pass
 
            When you check in at the Ammbassador Hotel,
Sukhumvit 11, you will get the "claim form". Please fill in
the form and bring to the conference. Please tell the hotel
staff you are with Institute of Asian Studies, Chulalongkorn.
 
            In the first day (10 Oct), there will be a pick up
bus, pick you up from the hotel to the conference and vice
versa. I will be there to assist you from 9th - 11th. As the
opening ceremony is very early in the morning, the bus will
leave from the hotel at 7.15 AM. I will go with you too.
 
          About the conference schedule, we want to adapt it
for our target group, Mon in Thailand. They'd prefer to listen
in Thai. So we have to group Thai panelists together. Some of
Thai panelists can't do their presentation in English, So we
have to take them out from the proper session and place them
into Thai speaking session. 
 
          In my opinoin, I think we need to keep update the
schedule until the very last day. Please don't too bored to
check the most up dated one.
