[Campus Notice] GSMS Update: New Production Release Notes (Week of August 24)

Dear Colleague,

We are writing to share with you the new fixes and enhancements applied to
the Graduate Student Management System (GSMS). Below is a summary of the
fixes included in the production release notes

from the week of August 24, 2026:
Employment Module

   -

   Fixed broken link in notification emails: The broken link in the offer
   notification emails was updated to open to the correct "View Offers" page.
   -

   Resolved the inability to view a student's offer/appointment details due
   to an access error: Permissions were updated to allow Faculty
   Supervisors to view all offers, including Accepted Offers.
   -

   Fixed the issue of some students incorrectly flagged as “graduated” due
   to completing an earlier master's degree: The system now checks
   students’ actual enrollment status instead.
