Dear Colleagues,

The Graduate Division, in partnership with Information Technology Solutions
(ITS), is pleased to share that we are making headway with the Graduate
Student Management System (GSMS) <https://graduate.ucr.edu/gsms> Employment
Module. With the development of this module comes process standardization,
as well as the automation and centralization of graduate student employment.
Testing Phase

The GSMS project team, in collaboration with representatives from each
college and school, will begin conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) in
the coming weeks. UAT is the final phase of software testing, where users
validate that the system meets business requirements and works as intended
in real-world scenarios before deployment.
Training Development

Training plans are being developed for the launch of the Employment Module,
and will be communicated soon. In the meantime, you may explore available
documentation in the GSMS training site <https://goto.ucr.edu/gsms-training>.
Please note that access to the training site is limited. If you would like
to request access, please send an email to gsmsfeedback at ucr.edu.

Sincerely,

Lidia Kos

Vice Provost and Dean of Graduate Studies
