[Campus Notice] Action Required by June 11: Confirm Your UCR Canva License Renewal

If you no longer need your UCR Canva account, please notify ITS no later
than June 11, 2026, to process its termination.

Dear Colleague,

UC Riverside’s annual Canva license renewal is fast approaching and
Information Technology Solutions (ITS) is reviewing all active licenses.
Our records indicate that you currently have an active UCR Canva license. If
you no longer require your license, please notify ITS no later than June
11, 2026, to process its termination. This will ensure accurate billing for
your unit in the upcoming fiscal year. If we do not receive a license
termination request by June 11, your UCR Canva license will be renewed and
a departmental recharge of $125 for the Canva annual license fee will apply.

No further action is needed if you wish to renew your UCR Canva license.
Next Steps: How to Terminate Your UCR Canva License

If you wish to terminate your UCR Canva license, please take the following
steps:


   1.

   Send an email to ITS Software Coordinator Emily Candido (
   emily.r.candido at ucr.edu) to request the termination of your UCR Canva
   license. Please complete this step no later than June 11.
   2.

   Save all assets in your UCR Canva account to your local computer or
   transfer them to another active Canva account to avoid losing access.
   Please complete this action no later than June 11.

your UCR Canva account and a team workspace, or between two Canva accounts.
