We have resolved a system degradation issue, which we believe was
responsible for the technical difficulties you encountered.

Good Afternoon,

We received a support ticket notifying us that you were having trouble
accessing your UCR account. We believe your experience was the result of an
IT system degradation event that began Friday afternoon on February 28,
2025. We are writing to inform you that the issue has since been resolved
and you should now be able to access your account. We sincerely apologize
for any inconvenience caused by the unplanned service disruption.

As we believe the primary system issue has been resolved, we have closed
the IT ticket you submitted regarding this issue. However, if you find that
this does not resolve your issue or if you believe your ticket has been
closed by mistake, please submit a new ticket
