[Campus Notice] Your UCR R’Mail Account Will Be Deleted on June 17, 2024

Dear Former UCR Student,

We are writing to inform you that your UCR Google account will be deleted
on June 17, 2024.

Your Google account includes R’Mail, Drive, Calendar, Photos, and
associated services, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP). All account
data–including emails, attachments, files, documents, photos, GCP projects,
etc.–will be permanently deleted upon account deletion.

You are encouraged to back up any data or emails that you wish to retain
prior to the deletion of your UCR Google account, which will take place on
June 17, 2024. Please refer to this Knowledge Base article

for step-by-step instructions on how to download your data using Google
Takeout.

If you believe you have received this email in error because you are a
current student (actively enrolled in courses at UCR) or alumni (obtained a
