[Campus Notice] Watch the Zoom Phone Training Session to Prepare for Migration on April 25, 2024

Dear Campus Phone User,


We would like to thank those who participated in yesterday’s Zoom Phone
training session. If you were unable to complete the training, you may

Alternatively, the Zoom Phone training recording is accessible through the Zoom
Phone Services webpage <https://its.ucr.edu/zoom-phone-services>. Attached
to this email is the training presentation for your reference.


As a final reminder, your organization is scheduled to migrate to Zoom
Phone Services on April 25, 2024 between 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM (PDT). You will
receive another communication from the project team post-migration.


The Zoom Phone Project Team will also provide live support during Office
Hours. If you have any questions or concerns post-migration, please join
the Zoom meeting <https://ucr.zoom.us/j/6319685238> or call (951)
827-9984 during
any of these Office Hour schedules:


   -

   Thursday, April 25th, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PDT)

   Friday, April 26th, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PDT)

   Monday, April 29th, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PDT)
