[Tech-bulletin] Invitation to represent your unit at upcoming focus session on UCR IT services

Esteemed UC Riverside Deans and Department Chairs, 

 

Based on the feedback provided on our recent customer service satisfaction
survey <https://ucriverside.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2aUj6HpzEiviso5> ,
we believe it is of the utmost importance that your unit is represented in
our upcoming focus groups. To ensure that the IT support needs of your unit
are understood and considered by ITS, we kindly request that you or a
delegate of your choosing attend one of our upcoming focus group sessions. 

 

Focus group participants will have the opportunity to provide invaluable
insight into their unit's IT experience and support needs, which will be
used by ITS to make improvements to current processes and influence future
IT support services.
