[SHS-Announcements] Update: Patient Services and Billing Team Supervisor Coverage

Good Afternoon Team:

I am writing to share an update regarding coverage for the Patient Services
and Billing Team.

Erica Castillo will be on leave until early to mid-August. During this
time, for any issues, questions, or items that you would typically bring to
Erica regarding the Patient Services and Billing Team, please refer them to
Nikki McAndrew.

If Nikki is unavailable due to being out of the office or on vacation,
please escalate those matters directly to me.
