The HR Workplace Health and Wellness department will be hosting another Preventive Health Screening event at UCR. This event is sponsored by Kaiser Permanente and is free for UCR Faculty and Staff. Participants do not need to be Kaiser members to take advantage of this opportunity. Join us at the Bell Tower where a Kaiser Permanente Mobile Health Vehicle will be stationed. How to Sign Up
Please follow the steps listed in the attached flyer to sign up for this event and use the scheduling link below. While participants are strongly encouraged to register to guarantee your screening, walk-ins are welcome.

  *   Go to https://wellness-event.kaiserpermanente.org/
  *   Use the sign-up code “UCR”
  *   For Returning Users, enter your email address and password under “Returning Users” and click “Submit”

Please be advised that to access Kaiser Permanente’s Mobile Health Vehicle and receive screenings, participants are required to walk up a half flight of stairs.
