[Shs-announcements] SHCC Express Mobile Check-In is a Touchdown!

Good Afternoon, Highlander Health Heroes,
We’re absolutely stoked to share that the SHCC Express Mobile Check-In was a total touchdown yesterday! The positive feedback from our fellow Highlanders has been off the charts!
Your team’s dedication to keeping our campus community healthy is nothing short of legendary. The smooth launch of this new system is a true testament to your Highlander spirit. By incorporating AIDET principles, we’re creating a more welcoming and informative environment that would make any Highlander proud.
We want to give a massive shoutout to everyone involved in this epic project. Your dedication and teamwork were the MVPs of yesterday’s success. We also appreciate our fellow Highlanders for being such awesome sports and patiently cooperating with the new system.
We’re confident this new check-in process will be a game-changer, elevating the student experience and optimizing operations within the health center.
