[SHCC-Announcements] 9/11 ITS Network Maintenance

Dear SHCC Colleagues,

As part of ongoing campus-wide network infrastructure enhancements, ITS
will perform scheduled network maintenance at the Student Health and
Counseling Center on Friday, September 11, commencing at 5:30 PM.

User Experience During Planned Maintenance

The maintenance operation is scheduled to last approximately six hours.
Throughout this service window, network connectivity will be unavailable
within the Student Health and Counseling Center. ITS personnel will be
on-site to conduct testing and verify system reachability during and
following the maintenance procedure.
Post-Maintenance Instructions

Upon returning to work, please log in to all regular systems following
standard procedures. Should you encounter any access disruptions or
technical difficulties, please contact ITS Support by submitting a service
ticket at its.ucr.edu/help or by calling 951-827-4848.

We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we work to enhance the
campus network infrastructure. For real-time updates regarding the status
