Dear students,
I'm involved with an online exhibit that includes original artworks,
critical commentary, and commissioned fiction on the topic of "kinship
cosmologies."
The website has just launched. Many of the artworks are interactive, and
the organizers are not sure that the site is working properly. They are
asking us to circulate the various portals for accessing the website and
asking--*if you have interest/time and are willing*--for any relevant
feedback on your experience of navigating the site.
The portals are here:
1. https://mtls.world/commission/k-allado-mcdowell/
2. https://mtls.world/
3. https://mtls.world/commission/jenna-sutela/
And they ask specifically about these questions:
1. Can the students access the site of the artwork without any issues,
both on a laptop and particularly on a mobile phone? Does it fail to open
at any time?
2. Is the method of interacting with the artwork clear, including the
text provided before and after entering the work, on both the laptop and
mobile phone?
If looking at this site interests you, and if you have any feedback on
these questions, please let me know.
Thank you,
Sherryl

home to many Indigenous peoples from all over the world, **including UCR
