Hi everyone, see attached these flyers for a performance next week, June 4.
The description from one of the conveners follows:

Sending you here renovated and invigorated energy for this Week 9, and also
> very happy to be inviting you to "The Gay Science (Die fröhliche
> Wissenschaft)", the performance that a group of artists and scientists from
> entomology, genetics, physics, and dance have put together for *Wednesday,
> June 4th*, *8 pm* at the *Arts 100*.

This experimentation has been guided by Prof. Sage Ni'Ja Whitson from the
> Black Studies Department and the designated emphasis in Speculative
> Fiction/Cultures of Science. The work rehearses an exercise of systematic
> knowledge production appropriating tools from science (like computer
> vision, synthesizers and electrodes to sonify plants) but from a queer
> perspective that privileges pleasure, the collective perception of beauty
> and reverence for the more-than-human.
