Dear colleagues,

I'm excited to share this (DRAFT) program for the Eaton Conference in
April! It's not for publicity, just yet, but I'd like everyone on campus to
know what's in store and how excited we are to welcome these conversations
on research in speculative fiction.
Loren Barbour, K Persinger, Chelsea Yuipco, and Liza Wemakor have worked
hard on these plans to coordinate an incredible range of presenters into
panels and we're looking forward to a great event. We'll also have a
keynote presentation by Malik Gaines and Alexandro Segade of their opera
(!) on video based on the work of Octavia Butler.
We're grateful for support from Klein Librarian for SF Phoenix Alexander,
the Center for Ideas & Society, and the UC Humanities Research Initiative.

See you in Spring!
