[SFCC] Welcoming Columbia University Libraries to the SFCC

Thank you so much, Melissa!  And thanks indeed to Fred Lerner, who is
sending me down this path.

SF is not my area of expertise (Fred's gift was sparked by my development
of Columbia's graphic novels collection), so I will be very much looking
forward to assistance from the SFCC members as we flesh out our holdings.
