To turn off NinjaOne on your Apple computer, follow the below steps
(unfortunately, I don’t have instructions for Windows, but you should be
able to adapt these steps accordingly):
"The icon means that you have NinjaOne installed. If you want to turn it
off temporarily, you can click on the Apple icon and go to System Settings
> General > Login Items & Extensions. Go down to Allow in the Background
and turn off NinjaRMM LLC. It’s not recommended to do so, and the campus
ITS probably does not want you to do that, but that’s how you can
temporarily turn it off on a Mac.” You can also remove the program
clicking the “uninstall" icon in the NinjaRMMAgent folder under
applications.
