Dear colleagues:

The UC Global Health Institute (UCGHI) and GloCal Health Fellowship cordially
invite you to a coffee/tea meet-and-greet on Wednesday April 30, 2025, 1:30
to 2:30pm in HMNSS 1500.

The GloCal Health Fellowship, sponsored by the National Institutes of
Health (NIH) Fogarty International Center (FIC), is a 12-month, mentored
research fellowship for individuals interested in studying health in
low-and-middle-income countries (LMICs). We will provide a summary of the
GloCal program and discuss opportunities to co-mentor your students and
postdocs in NIH FIC global health fellowships. The current GloCal research

The hosts will be Craig Cohen (GloCal Director and UCSF PI), Jennifer
Syvertsen (UCR Anthropology, UCGHI Advisory Council, and GloCal alumni),
and Brandon Brown (UCR, Social Medicine, Population, & Public Health).
