[Sehefac] Latinxs & the Environment seminar in Spring, W 11am-12:20pm

Hello SEHE friends,
I hope that the return of sunshine is brightening the start of Spring
quarter, even a bit.
I have a favor to ask: could you please share this announcement with
students?

The Latinxs & the Environment seminar is a student-organized weekly seminar
that connects students to research, community activism and professional
opportunities related to enviornmental issues of concern to Latinx
communities. The seminar meets every Wednesday 11am-12:20pm in INTN 3023.
Students can register for 1 or 2 units course credit for attending the
seminar (registration closes on April 9). For more information contact Dana
Simmons, dana.simmons at ucr.edu.

If it makes sense to offer extra credit to your students for attending,
that would be fantastic.
