[Sa-staff] Staff Assembly Board Nominations: Deadline Extended

Hey Highlanders,

Exciting news! We are extending the deadline for the 2026-2027 Staff
Assembly Executive Board nominations
<https://staffassembly.ucr.edu/elections> until Wednesday, April 1st.

Whether you’re ready to nominate <https://staffassembly.ucr.edu/elections>
a deserving colleague or brave enough to put your name forward, now is the
moment.

All staff can apply for board positions, which are one-year commitments,
except for Vice President/President-Elect, which is a three-year
commitment. Note that the president and vice president roles are limited to
non-represented employees.

We still have openings for nominations, particularly for the Director of
Involvement and Recognition.

Here are the positions available:
- Vice President/President-Elect (Non-represented employees only)
- Director of Events
- Director of Communications
- Director of Fundraising
- Director of Outreach
- Director of Involvement & Recognition
- Director of Professional Development
- Treasurer (Director of Finance)
- Secretary (Director of Administration)
