*Assembly Executive Board Nominations for 2026-27 (closes 3/27)*

It's time to nominate your colleagues or yourself for the 2026-27 Staff
Assembly Board! All positions (except for Vice President) are one-year
appointments. If you’re currently serving and would like to continue in
your role, please remember to reapply! Review the position descriptions

*Call for Designs: Build-A-Scotty T-Shirt Contest (3/27)*

As part of our upcoming Thank Goodness for Staff Week, UCR Staff Assembly
is excited to host a T-Shirt Design Contest for our annual Build-A-Scotty
event! We invite staff to showcase their talent and love of UCR staff by
submitting original artwork for this year’s commemorative t-shirt.

Designs may be full color and must fit within a 3” high x 4” wide imprint
area. Artwork must be submitted at 300 dpi (minimum 900 x 1200 pixels). All
designs should include the official UCR logo and the UCR Staff Assembly name
. Entries should be submitted as a .PDF or .PNG attachment and emailed to
Cierra Covarrubias at cierrac at ucr.edu.

The winning design will be selected by the UCR Staff Assembly Board and
featured on the official Build-A-Scotty t-shirt during Thank Goodness for
Staff Week in April 2026.

*Please note that the original artwork may be modified to include a
sponsor’s name, if applicable*
