On behalf of the UC Riverside Office of Foster Youth Support Services
(FYSS), we are excited to invite you to Voices & Visions: Breaking Cycles.
Building Legacies, in recognition of Foster Care Awareness Month.

Voices & Visions is an annual gathering that brings together students,
campus partners, and community members for an evening rooted in
storytelling, creativity, and connection. The event highlights the lived
experiences, talents, and resilience of students with foster care
experience while creating space for community, reflection, and collective
action.

This year, we are honored to welcome featured speaker Trinity Wallace-Ellis,
a nationally recognized motivational speaker, author, and advocate. Trinity
is known for her powerful storytelling and for inspiring audiences with
messages of resilience, self-worth, and transformation. Drawing on her
lived experiences, she challenges individuals to reclaim their narratives
and step into their purpose, making her voice especially meaningful to the
students and communities we serve.
