Hey Highlanders,

It is time to recognize the dedication, excellence, and spirit of our
colleagues! We are thrilled to announce that nominations for the 2026 Staff
Assembly Outstanding Staff Awards (OSA's) are officially open. Our staff
members consistently go above and beyond to support our mission and
community. This is your opportunity to shine a spotlight on those who have
made a significant impact this year. Submissions are open now through *Friday,
May 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.*


We invite you to submit nominations for your fellow staff members in the
following categories:

   - *Staff Who Make a Difference Award (four categories):* Recognizing
   those whose efforts significantly improve the workplace or campus community.
   - *People Helping People Award:* Honoring individuals who demonstrate
   exceptional service and kindness to others outside of their ordinary
   duties.
   - *Tartan Soul Award:* Awarded to those who embody the UCR core values
   of Integrity, Accountability, Excellence, and Respect.
   - *Diversity Award:* Celebrating staff who show an outstanding
   commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
