[Sa-staff] Proposed bylaw change 2023

Hi everyone,
The Staff Assembly board is seeking approval for the change to the organization’s bylaws, effective 2023-2024 academic year. The proposed change would provide stipends to the Vice President and President upon successful completion of their terms.
In keeping with Article XI<https://staffassembly.ucr.edu/bylaws> of our bylaws we are presenting this proposed amendment<https://staffassembly.ucr.edu/proposed-bylaw-change-2023> to the membership for discussion and approval. This proposal is being posted on March 30 and will be published on the website for no less than thirty days. After thirty days, a meeting will be held and a vote will be taken. A two-thirds majority of those choosing to vote, is required for approval.
