<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:106%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:106%">The Staff Assembly board is seeking approval for the change to the organization’s bylaws, effective 2023-2024 academic year. The proposed change
would provide stipends to the Vice President and President upon successful completion of their terms.

<a href="https://staffassembly.ucr.edu/bylaws"><span style="color:#0563C1">Article XI</span></a> of our bylaws we are presenting this
<a href="https://staffassembly.ucr.edu/proposed-bylaw-change-2023"><span style="color:#0563C1">proposed amendment</span></a> to the membership for discussion and approval. This proposal is being posted on March 30 and will be published on the website for no
less than thirty days. After thirty days, a meeting will be held and a vote will be taken. A two-thirds majority of those choosing to vote, is required for approval.
