[RPA-PostDoc] Time and stress management activities in April!

Hello everyone,

This month we invite you to three events to manage time and stress! All the
postdoctoral community (postdoctoral/visiting scholars and project
scientists) is invited.

1. Workshop: Time Management, Thursday 20th, 11-12 pm at HUB 367.
Description: Do you feel like there isn’t enough time in the day/week/month
to get things done? In this 60 minute program presented by The WELL and
Active Minds, learn skills to prioritize your time and better organize your
school, work and personal life to make them work for you.

2. Stress Relief Fair, Tuesday, April 25, 4:30-6:00 pm at the Physics
Courtyard.
Description: crafts, poppies, and food! See flyer attached. *No
registration needed.*

3. Workshop: Stress Management, Friday 28th, 11-12 pm at HUB 367.
Description: In this 60 minute workshop led by The WELL, learn how to
identify signs of stress in yourself and practice regular effective
self-care strategies. Experiential exercises included!
