[RAISE at UCR] Invitation to Southern California Applied Mathematics Symposium (SOCAMS) 2025

Dear colleagues,

You are (once again) cordially invited to participate in the *Southern
California Applied Mathematics Symposium (SOCAMS)* *2025* on *April 26,
2025 *at *UCR*, and we would also like to announce that the *registration
deadline* for *participants with a talk or poster* is now *extended*
to ***April
11, 2025***,

This year we will be having AI special sessions in our conference, and we
are pleased to extend our warmest invitation to you to participate from the
RAISE community.
While the schedule is not (entirely) finalized, the AI special sessions are
tentatively arranged:

a) from 9:45am-10:25am, 1:15pm-2:40pm for three plenary speakers
(Hrushikesh Mhaskar, Mihai Cucuringu, Maziar Raissi) at Student Success
Center 229 (FYI, https://2025.socams.org/plenary-speakers)
b) from 3:50pm-5:00pm for parallel contributed sessions in Student Success
Center

Registration for all participants is required, but free thanks to generous
support from SIAM, UCR CNAS Dean’s Office, UCR RED and RAISE at UCR.
Lunch will be provided and informal networking is encouraged to facilitate
collaborations and connections.
