Dear POT Colleagues,

I hope you are all doing well!

I am forwarding along this newly published ebook about supporting Teaching
Focused Faculty at research-intensive institutions. I co-authored a chapter
about standards for promotion with Celeste Pilegard, a POT at UCSD, that
may be of interest given the discussions around eFile and POTs (and the
upcoming focus group). But there are many other chapters that are likely to
be of interest to you as a POT, as well as your departmental colleagues and
chairs who are reviewing your files.

I already passed this along to Provost Watkins, Associate Provost
Baerenklau, and VPAP Jeske.

Please feel free to forward this book to anyone else who may be interested.

Cheers,
Annie
