Please do not separate the employees listed on the attached PDF report.  The listed employees will be teaching summer session classes.  Summer Session department will soon begin adding additional employment information for these individuals so they can work and be paid this summer.

Please add D01083 as the alternate department on screen 'EPER' so Summer Session can gain access to the employee's PPS record.  Please take a look at the list before separating an academic employee.

Ensure that any foreign instructor is eligible to work through the summer and that work permits are current through September 2012.  Work permit end dates will be checked.
