Re:        2011 ANNUAL OSHA SUMMARY REPORT

Attached is the UCR 2011 Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses.  According to OSHA regulations, this Summary must be posted by February 1, 2012 and remain posted through April 30, 2012.  It is required that this notice be clearly posted where employee notices are displayed. If departments have more than one area where notices are posted, please make copies of the Summary and post in multiple locations.  Please print the Summary and post immediately.
