RE: 	Fiscal Year 2010-11 WORKER'S COMPENSATION INSURANCE RATES

A rate of $0.72/$100 payroll has been established to fund Worker's
Compensation costs for the Campus effective July 1, 2010.

After a decreased of 13.91% between the FY 2008-09 and FY09-10 rate,
the rate is decreasing another 27.27% from the FY09-10 rate
of  $0.99/$100 payroll.  The decrease can be primarily attributed to
the successful impact of the Be Smart About Safety programs in
reducing costs and risk associated with Worker's Compensation.
