Re:     PPS Reports now available through iReport

The following Payroll/Personnel System (PPS) reports can now be viewed and/or printed through the iReport application:

 

PPP1382 D - Employees with 1000 hours (will only print if you have employees affected)

 

PPP1383 D - Employees approaching 1000 hours (will only print if you have employees affected)

 

PPP1384 D - Employees with 750 hours (will only print if you have employees affected)

 

PPP1385 D - Employees approaching 750 hours (will only print if you have employees affected) 

 

PPP5302 D - Distribution of Payroll Expenses (DOPE)

 

PPP5492 D - GAEL detail by FAU/Account

 

PPP6016 D - W-2 Forms for Active Employees


PPP6201 D - Personnel status report 

 

PPP6401 D - Time Benefits Roster

 

PPP6405 D - Leave liability by home department 

 

PPP6504 D - Benefits eligibility level employees out of compliance (available in May 2010)

PPP6952 D - START Participation report by department (available in May 2010)

 

CHKMO - Payroll check disposition for MO

 

CHKMA - Payroll check disposition for MA 

 

These reports are generally created on the evening of the 2nd working day of every month.  Access to iReport application should be obtained through your SAA as soon as possible if you haven't already done so. Additional information about iReport is available at: http://cnc.ucr.edu/ireport <http://cnc.ucr.edu/ireport> .   Login to iReport through R'Space and access PPS General 'PPS Reports - Departmental'.



NOTE: We will no longer mail paper PPS reports except for the 'TIME RECORD' which will continue to be distributed by paper..  The March 2010 DOPE reports which were just mailed will be the last.  Please contact the Payroll office at x2-3307 if you have any questions/concerns.
