[pps-news] Time Recording for CUE Temporary Layoff December 2009

PPS Users, 

December time records for staff members in the CUE bargaining unit should record temporary layoff (TLO) days taken during the campus closure period as follows:

 

o   TLO days should be recorded on the timesheet by using the "furlough" column 

 

o   the DOS code FUT should be used to record the TLO day(s).  (This is the same DOS code used in PPS to record non-represented furlough time (FUT).) 

 

o   TLO is to be tracked in ¼ hour increments
