RE:       Overtime for RX and TX employees

 

 

The current contract between the University and UPTE covering RX and TX
unit employees will expire on June 30, 2008. No agreement has been
reached to extend the provisions of the contract with respect to
overtime. As a result, effective July 1, 2008 all overtime worked by
employees in these units must be paid and employees will not be eligible
to accrue compensatory time off (CTO).
