Re:     Online Earnings Statement

Beginning with September Payroll (October 1, 2007 pay check), employees
with direct deposit will be directed to access their earnings statement
on-line through At Your Service Online (AYSO),
https://atyourserviceonline.ucop.edu/ayso/.   This is part of the
University of California Employee Systems Initiative (ESI) project to
provide better security and conserve resources.

 

Employees who choose to continue receiving paper copies of their
earnings statement or cannot access it online should opt-out through
AYSO or by contacting their departmental Payroll/Personnel Preparer.  

 

The on-line earnings statement will display the same information in the
exact format as the current paper earnings statements.  It's the PDF
format of the current paper report.  From the main menu on AYSO
(https://atyourserviceonline.ucop.edu/ayso/), the earnings statement is
accessed under Income & Taxes tab.  Earnings statement can be viewed as
far back as March 1, 2006. 

 

In order to access AYSO, an employee is required to:

*	Enter his/her Username (if username is already set up).  If a
username has not been set up or have been forgotten, click on "New User
or Don't Have a Username".  
*	Enter Password (enter your password if you've used the system
before and know your password.  If hired within the last 30 days - enter
your birthdate (MMDDYYYY).  All others - click on forgot your username
or password.  A temporary password will be e-mailed to your e-mail
address on file at AYSO.  E-mail addresses are regularly updated on AYSO
from the campus Enterprise directory.

NOTE:  This information is also going to be distributed to all employees
via Scotmail.
