[pps-news] SuperDOPE: Enhancements available 11/26

Dear SuperDOPE Users,

 

The Payroll Office and Computing & Communications are happy to announce 

that effective November 26, 2007 the following enhancements have been
made 

to the web based SuperDOPE application:

 

1.    Additional benefits added to the 'Benefit Fields' tab:

*     Postdoc Broker/Admin fee.

*     Postdoc Life/AD&D.

*     Postdoc Disability.

*     Postdoc PDW Workers Compensation.

*     Faculty Summer Salary.

*     Senior Management Supplement.

 

2.    Benefits Fields are now grouped in six categories

*     Medical - Health, Dental, Vision, Core Medical.

*     Insurance - Workers Comp, Employee Support, Unemployment, Life,
Core 

      Life, Disability.

*     Retirement/FICA/OPEB - UCRS/PERS, OASDI, Medicare, OPEB, Benefits
Admin.

*     Miscellaneous - Vacation, IAP, IAP Benefits offset, Faculty Summer


      Salary, Senior Management Supplement.

*     Graduate Students - GSHIP, GS Tuition, GS Fee, GS Fee2.

*     Post Doctoral Scholars - PSPB PDW Workers Comp, PSPB Life-AD&D,
PSPB 

      Disability, PSPB Broker & Admin.

 

3.    Each group has 'check all' and 'clear all' options.

4.    The Benefits Fields tab has 'check all' and 'clear all' options.

5.    The total benefits on SuperDOPE now equal the paper DOPE.
