Academic merits and promotions, effective July 1, 2006 have been updated
on the Payroll Personnel System (PPS).  Please verify the new monthly
rates, steps, distribution begin and end dates on PPS.  For promotion
actions, pay special attention to the account numbers.  Questions should
be directed to Elena Mateos in Payroll at x2-1958 or
Elena.Mateos at ucr.edu. 

 

IMPORTANT REMINDER!  Departments should NOT make any on-line payroll
entries that will affect Staffing until July 17, 2006.  Academic leaves,
including sabbatical leaves, must not be entered or updated in PPS
during this time.  Any academic merits and promotions that are not
already posted onto PPS, including recent announcements, must NOT be
entered during this time.  These will be handled as new year business
and funding will be processed manually via a BEA.  Any questions about
Staffing should be directed to Cindy Williams in Academic Planning &
Budget, at x2-7375 or Cindy.Williams at ucr.edu.
