Re:  CUE Strike on June 15, 2005 (How to Dock Employees)

As a reminder, please make sure you dock the pay for unauthorized employee
absences during the CUE Strike on June 15, 2005.  The time roster cutoff
date is Monday, June 27, 2005.

 

Verify with the employee's supervisor that the employee's absence was
unexcused to avoid any errors.  After verification, proceed to reduce the
employee's pay for pay cycle 'MO' and pay period ending date '063005' as
follows:  

 

1.      Percentage paid Employees: - Change the distribution percentage on
the roster.  Enter 0.9545 (%) in the Regular TIME column (0.9545% is
equivalent to 168 hours for the month since the maximum hours for June 2005
is 176).  If the employee took less hours, please calculate the appropriate
percentage. 

2.      Hourly Paid Employees: - Enter actual hours on pay status.  Do not
include hours for the strike activity.
