Re:  2005 Random Audit of UC Health & Welfare Plan Enrollees

The Benefits Office will be sending out a series of scotmails informing
individuals about an upcoming audit by the Office of the President
HR/Benefits regarding eligible family members.   We are asking your
assistance in posting and circulating these scotmails to individuals who do
not have email access.  The serious consequence for individuals who cannot
document their enrolled family members is that the employee and their
dependents would be de-enrolled for 12 months.
