A teacher at the nearby Riverside STEM Academy (RSA) high school reached
out to me with an inquiry if there is anyone at UCR that would be
interested in supporting her efforts to include her students in civic
engagement projects.

I am forwarding this along in case any of you were interested in
volunteering in this community service capacity. RSA is adjacent to campus
so it would be an easy and impactful way to pursue a volunteer opportunity.
