Dear Faculty and Staff, please circulate this announcement to your graduate
students:

Dear Graduate Students,

I am sending out the call for the next round of *Barricelli Memorial Awards
*for interdisciplinary dissertation work. Applicants must have defended
their prospectus to be considered; successful awardees are often in the
later stages of their dissertation work.  While students do not need to
finish the dissertation within the award year, they must be at a point in
their research to write a compelling proposal.  Applicants should also
outline in their letter how they plan to use the award funds to advance
their research.

Applications are due* Friday, May 8th*.  The recipient's talk will be
scheduled for May - details TBA.
