Dear Colleague,

The UC Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation (IGCC)
<https://ucigcc.org/> is pleased to announce that applications are now open
for the *2026–27 IGCC Dissertation Fellowship competition*. IGCC will award
up to seven fellowships, each providing a nine-month, $15,000 stipend to
support doctoral students whose research closely tracks current global
security priorities and IGCC's mission and core themes.
We would greatly appreciate your help in sharing this opportunity with your
students. Doctoral candidates enrolled at any UC campus are eligible to
apply, including those in JD/PhD, MD/PhD, or MD programs with a thesis
component. Applicants must advance to candidacy by June 30, 2026.
