The <a title="https://ucigcc.org/" href="https://ucigcc.org/" target="_blank">UC Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation (IGCC)</a> is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the
<b>2026–27 IGCC Dissertation Fellowship competition</b>. IGCC will award up to seven fellowships, each providing a nine-month, $15,000 stipend to support doctoral students whose research closely tracks current global security priorities and IGCC's mission and
 core themes. </div>

We would greatly appreciate your help in sharing this opportunity with your students. Doctoral candidates enrolled at any UC campus are eligible to apply, including those in JD/PhD, MD/PhD, or MD programs with a thesis component. Applicants must advance to
