[Poscgrad] Office space assignments

Hello everyone,

Welcome back! I hope you had a great summer.

Please find attached the office assignments for the '24/'25 AY.
Unfortunately, due to high demand and limited availability, only those with
an academic appointment (AI/TA/GSR) were assigned office space for the fall
quarter. If you need an office assignment and do not see your name on this
list, please let me know.

For those receiving an office for the first time, or moving into a new
office, you can reach out to Mark (mark.tankersley at ucr.edu) to set up a
time to pick up your keys (not available Thursdays). *Anyone assigned to
Watkins 1204 or 2121F needs to reach out to me to get instructions for
getting keys. *Desks are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
That means, you can claim any open desk (limit one per person). Make sure
that you prominently display your name on your chosen desk to ensure no one
else occupies it.

Lastly, although your desk is yours to decorate as you please, the offices
are communal spaces where your coworkers often meet with students. Please
keep your areas clean/tidy and your decorations professional. If you need
office supplies (pens, etc.) or cleaning supplies (wet wipes, etc.) please
reach out to me.
