[Poscgrad] Conference Assistance

Hi all,

I am the local organizer for the upcoming Southwest Mixed Methods Research
workshop that will be held at UCR on Oct 17-18. I need to hire 2 or 3
graduate students to assist with the event. Here is what the people need to
do:

1. Be able to drive a UCR van, so you need a valid CA driver's license and
be comfortable driving a 12 passenger van in Riverside. This will happen
before and after the conference on the 17th and 18th. Details to be
determined. To do this you will need to have a valid CA driver's license
and complete a few LMS modules in advance of driving the van.

2. Help set up for the conference in the week leading up to the event --
assemble conference packets, etc

3. Be present on and off during the conference to help with miscellaneous
tasks.

I would guess it'll take a total of about 15-20 hours total, with most of
it being during those two days.
