[Poscgrad] Important Update: CHASS Travel Policy on Domestic Meal Reimbursements

Please note these changes are imposed by the Concur System following updates implemented by UCR's Accounting Department so as to adhere to UC Travel Policy G-28 and are not arbitrary changes that have been created by CHASS Travel.

Dear Professors and Students,

We would like to inform you of an important update to the CHASS department's travel policy regarding meal reimbursements for domestic travel.

Key Update:

  *   The maximum daily allowance for domestic meal expenses is $79 (based on actual costs).
Meal Reimbursement Requirements:

  *   For meal reimbursement claims, please provide the following details:
     *   Date of purchase
     *   Vendor/Restaurant
     *   City where the purchase was made
     *   Amount spent

Please note that while receipts for individual meals under $75 are not required, the above information is still necessary to submit your reimbursement request to chasstravel at ucr.edu<mailto:chasstravel at ucr.edu> if you are seeking reimbursement.
